SWAYAMVARA PARVATI MANTRA & HOMAM
Maa Parvati, wife of Lord Shiva and sister of Lord Vishnu in bridal form is called Swayamvara Parvathi. Swayamvara Parvathi represents Parvati Mata’s lifetime longing of marrying Lord Shiva coming to realization. Parvati Maa underwent hard penance for fulfilment of her wish of marrying Lord Shiva. Once, after being pleased by Mata’s devotion towards Mahadev, Sage Durvasa gave a mantra to Devi. The mantra was extremely powerful and enabled Maa Parvati to please Lord Shiva.
